It’s been a while. Lots happening on my end. I haven’t forgotten about y’all! The pontoon project is complete (is any project really complete?) and I couldn’t be more happy.

Curious on your opinion? What do you think of a stihl 026 that got water damage on my floor after a basement flood? Is is worth addressing? Wasn't 24 hrs in water. Trust your judgement, bud. Thanks
I’ve resurrected small engine equipment that’s spent a lot more time than that under water!
I’d take it down to the case (cylinder off) make sure it’s all dry and toss it back together! That is an awesome saw.

So let me get this straight. You have a small engine channel, which you rarely post on anymore, which is terrible for the algorithm, which means you don't grow your channel. And you build a custom pontoon boat, but don't film any of it to put on your channel. I gotta say, I am not really impressed with your channel anymore. You started off so wonderfully, you were doing so well Dave, I was so proud of you, but in the end, you let me down. So sad.

I lost my father. I built the pontoon with him last winter. I filmed the whole thing. Life has been busy, as you can imagine.
I’ll be back, just have to let some dust settle.

@@DavesSmallEngines I'm deeply sorry Dave, I never knew this! I lost my mom and dad when I was 19, it hasn't been easy growing into true adulthood, which really starts at age 30. Regardless to reason your dad past away, please note I'm here for you. Sorry I was so harsh, I just didn't know other big factors were involved. Nothing I can say can really make you feel better, I know this from experience. So I'm not going to give you the classic cleshae lines that people do. Please forgive me, I didn't know. And I'll be more patient with you from now on. These have been a rough 3-years now for many these days. Things are just difficult. But all I can say is I'm here for you. My apologies. 🤗
