This copycat recipe makes perfect KFC original recipe and I bet you’ll be satisfied with the amazing results 🤗
📌If you prefer your chicken spicy (you can adjust the spices as your taste in the dry mixture)

Marinade mixture
•8 Chicken Leg pieces (850g)
Wash & Drain
•1500ml Water (1.5Ltr)
•2tsp Salt
•1tbsp Sugar
•1tsp Black Pepper
•2tbsp Vinegar
•2 Green Onions (half cut)
Dry Mixture
•(480g) 4cups All-purpose Flour
•1tbsp Garlic Powder
•1tbsp Onion powder
•1tsp Black Pepper powder
•1tbsp Red Chili Powder
•1tsp Baking powder
•1tsp Salt or as your taste
•120g (1cup) Corn Starch
Batter
•3 Eggs
•300ml (1 1/4 cup) Water or as required
•Oil for frying
