I fixed mine it was one of the io sheild pins in one of Ethernet and another in usp port try get rid of them i was thinking that's normal but it isn't

i unplugged everything. usbs. and usb on the inside from the motherboard.
then i unplugged the display port and my ethernet.
problem went away

It happened to me during BIOS update the power cut off and I see this message after I turn my PC on. How can I resolve this?

Unplug everything even your Ethernet cable and hdmi power cord and stuff connect to your pc

@@kTrezzy. I solved it using Q-flash . Rename the BIOS file to MSI.ROM and pressed Q-flash located on the I/O panel it updated the BIOS. Nothing else was done. Thanks
