The video was just fine! I liked how you had the camera facing away from you against the white back-drop! I may try that as well and I may try that fly too! Thanks for sharing and you have a cool tattoo on your wrist Brother!
Do you think this in a chartreuse would be effective over here on the pamlico/neuse or should i stick to the naturals? Thanks man love your vids and podcast!
This is my take on the materials list: Hook: Flat eye saltwater Size 2/0 (like Gamakatsu SL12S) Thread: GSP 100 or Ultra Thread 140 ? Bead Chain eyes, Matte Black, Large Tail: Tan Marabou Body: EP Brush Brownish Tan, Chartreuse, Light Tan 40-lb mono weed guard Super glue the threads and epoxy the head
@@snakesurfcustomfishingrods5821 Thanks, I'm actually just a beginner tier, but I did tie up a couple of these. They turned out way better than I was expecting. They are easy to tie, the material is very forgiving, and they look great. Haven't had a chance to fish them yet.
cool - watch Buggs Fishing as well - he ties more of a weighted fly - I have some and they work so Im sure yours are effective as well - keep up the info - thanks
You are a good flytier. Today I tried to tie a shrimp fly. It came out very ugly and the hook got me on my finger. To add insult to injury, I got it hung up and had to cut it off before I even got to my target destination. SMH.
that thing looks great
Nice fly and good instructions. Thank you for sharing.
Veteran fly Tyler, great job. Will try it up on the panhandle of Florida. Thanks
Glad you dig it!
A pair of shrimp eyes can't hurt ;)

Good video. Very clear and easy to follow your Instructions. I like your blend of colors I bet it would work great for bonefish too.
I have actually had a good bit of luck on bones, snook and reds!
Where did you get vice. Better than mine. I like this fly for reds and specs.
Easy to follow. Thanks. Will try it.
Thanks for sharing the fly.
Would like to know list of materials. I’m new to fly tying.

Honestly I think both would work great depending upon conditions
Simple and to the jest of it, thanks,
Great video! Thank you for the lesson!
Very nice
Thanks for that, good video also.
Great Video!!! What is the best way to store flies with a weedguard without bending it to uselessness?
I like to use a traditional tackle box
Caught a slab of a Black Crappie on this pattern.

If it was GSP he would not have to worry about it breaking. Sounds like you can do better than him, and I am serious.

Sweet fly dude. What EP Brush are you using for the head?

Cool video bro! New to fly fishing and your channel as well. Just subbed! What song is this?
Honestly I can’t remember what it’s called I pay for the licensing of it.
Just the specific materials? Like the length of the ep brush? And the hook you use?
Hook size or did I miss it?
shit was dope Kidd! keep em coming Dude....gotta be the best explained Fly tying vid out.
What size was that hook?
Can you post a list of the materials?
it would be cool to be more accurate (size and ref of the hook, list and ref of the material which is used) . thank you
Sorry I will get on that
Hooks slipping in your vise is no good man. Careful.
