I plan to go back to Cameroon or Ghana and build a business, just like you. Despite Africa's development challenges, including crime, poverty, and unemployment, my main concerns are government corruption and poor infrastructure. Africa's young countries and prolonged political leadership hinder progress, but I've seen positive changes during my recent visit. Road systems were built in my neighborhood, a bridge replaced a river crossing, and my former school now offers a STEM program. Africa's potential, evident in these improvements, motivates me to push forward and contribute to its development.

Thank you for sharing these facts it's put my mind at ease a bit. I guess it's a fact that most cases in court over land and property happens when folks take short cuts but what are your thoughts on a so called BIG man taking matters in their own hands with hiring thugs to intimidate u on your land even when u have a judgement in your favour. I heard of such a case recently.
This is one extraordinary situation. The court is still there. The average person isn't going through anything with any big man.

A professional contractor has to issue that to the client . They gave it to professionals. So in order to get it, you need to hire a professional contractor who has the credibility to get it. Www.akkadianltd.com , we issue that on our projects and I am sure there are other companies in Ghana that can issue the bond to take over projects. The bond is given to the professionals by insurance companies in Ghana.
