Dutch Festival Dancers Scarborough 1964 or 1966

I have no idea who these people were apart from the fact they were taking part in Scarborough`s Dutch Festival. The date is maybe 1964 or 1966. This bit of road is Ryndleside, Scarborough.

The car is a Morris 1000 with a "D" suffix plate which puts it at 1966.
