Most of the stuff Ellie is saying about FEDRA, she doesn't believe. She is just repeating Cpt. Kwong's lines. Ultimately, her goal in saying all tht FEDRA-Firefly stuff is to get Riley to come back.

A couple of comments:
- The season has 9 episodes, so there's only 2 episodes left;
- You basically only play has Joel in the first game. You only once switch to play as Ellie and it's quite a small portion. Then on DLC, you only play as Ellie.

9:56 to be fair, Bella Ramsey (Ellie) is 19 years old (at least?). It’s because of older TV and movie actors portraying teenagers that a lot of adults can get away with it.

Last of us consistency. In last of us 2 one character has a ps3 in there room with a few choice games. I like the idea that even in an apocalypse people find boredom is a thing and on down time play games. The horror….your game of the year is now your game of your life. 😢elden ring is good try playing it for 40 years. You’d likely still not beat all the bosses thou😅

well that sucks thought it was 10 no way they could do the rest in just two more episodes unless they cut a lot out which would suck
@@ShantalhaitianPrincess the last two episodes are probably chonky ones. It’s also typical for the first couple and last couple to get the most budget. They’ve done all the set up needed. The hard part is over. Episode 8 is going to cover a very specific level and will encapsulate that entire mission and set up the finale. It’ll be crazy. The last episode will definitely go ham on the ending. There is zero chance they made this entire show to NOT do the final mission. Between these next two missions, all of the landmarks and major takeaways from the first game will have been covered. Considering what they kept and what they dropped from the Jackson-to-University arc, they definitely have an “Animal Budget” (and I’ll keep it at that). Based on how they started the show, I have 100% confidence in the finale. Any doubts at this point are hard to imagine.

but anyways, they literally filmed at a zoo. They already showed the lab monkeys, tons of horses, they even had more dogs and they’re obviously being authentic to the visual identity of the game. They have the budget for Giraffes my dude. It’s one of the most memorable moments in the game, right before the the literal finale. They’re even heading to Utah.

Nahid, what do you think of Bella? I feel like she's missing just a touch of Ashley's innocence that she brought to Ellie. But what she might be lacking as young Ellie, I feel certain that she's gonna just own the adult Ellie role.
I'm also getting a bit concerned that the show just isn't gonna be able to land the father/daughter aspect. This is why I've been saying that HBO should've pushed for THREE seasons. Flesh out the earlier episodes so that THIS was the 9th & final episode of season 1. Then you begin season 2 in Winter. You do the Salt Lake City story around the mid point of Season 2 and you end season 2 with the "controversial issue" of TLOU2. And season 3 is the conclusion.
