    Hi, your content is great, thank you so much for it. I had a video saved that I lost in which you put the T in diferent positions either higher an out or closer and a little down..     Thank you for providing such information, as it came in just in time for me. A question I do have is how much time a day would you recommend warming up, working on the focus of the day and swinging at live pitches?

    Off-topic question. My son has a fractured growth plate in his throwing arm and can’t throw or swing for three weeks. What progression do you recommend to work back into swinging the bat?
