The leather vest is vintage western wear...the buttons could be real silver buffalo nickels. It may have sold in an upscale catalog such as Sundance. Definitely some value there for a vintage clothing dealer. Clean it gently with some saddle soap!
I love what you did with Haley's basket! She was so appreciative about the stuff that was sent in the mail.
You can wash the bike basket by submerging it into a sink of warm water and Dawn dish detergent. Swish it around rinse and let drip dry a sunny area outside.
Also, I, use the same methods for my faux (NOT SILK) greenery except, I use cold or cool water instead of warm water. However, do NOT submerge the pot or basket that holds the greenery. You just turn the greenery upside down and swish only the greenery; which is usually glued onto a foam block. Don't submerge the foam block and basket; unless the basket completely separates from the foam. Just MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS THOROUGHLY DRY BEFORE PLACE BACK ON YOUR FURNITURE OR TABLECLOTHS. THE WETNESS OR DAMPNESS COULD DAMAGE SURFACES.

The white bowl look like a mortar and pestle set
The white piece is antique...it is an Imperial ironstone mortar bowl for grinding herbs or other things It is missing it's accompanying pestle grinder. I still think it has significant value. Now that
you know what it is you can look up the valuation of it!

Imperial bowl looks like a mortar for a mortar and pestil set for possibly a doctor or pharmacist to mix up prescriptions. It may be worth a lot.
Angel you could make so much money selling on Facebook marketplace you don't have to sell from your home you can go to a meet up place like a gas station or something.

The stone bowl is what they call a mortise and pestle (not sure of spelling) it would have a stone petle to crush herbst and spices into powder.
