This variety is known as Kipfler potatoes in Australia. They are a waxy type of potato and are very good in salads and for baking and frying but not a desirable sort for mashing. They can be substituted with any other waxy-fleshed potato for similar results.😊

They are also known as Kipfler potatoes 🥔 in Australia 🇦🇺. They originated in Austria 🇦🇹, Europe. They are a waxy, yellowish coloured variety and can be substituted with other similar types.

Try very large supermarkets, they might have them next to regular potatoes and sweet potatoes

That's a bummer! Try the baby potatoes for the closest alternative: ruclips.net/video/NqIrGl0PtQU/видео.html
