Awesome! Just hit 500 miles on my 2023 XT250. This is the first brand new bike I've ever owned. I love it great buy. Thanks for the video!!
congratulations!!
Glad to see this bike I want to get has an actual oil filter. My 13’ Yamaha TTR-230 only had an oil screen I had to clean off.
oh really! i didnt know they did that!
Using the pipe is fine as a cheater bar my only suggestion would be to keep one hand on the Allen wrench at the head of the bolt to help prevent rounding it off.
Looks like to me you did a good job on oil change and a great job on videoing and would like to see you riding the bike and video it 👍
Wow RAD video !!
Glad to see youre getting a few miles on this thing .. we will have to go for an adventure sometime
Get yourself a set of 3/8 drive Allen sockets, they're quite handy if you're going to be working on bikes much. And yeah, be careful with those oil filter screws. Fine aluminum threads are fragile, you wouldn't believe how many of them I've seen stripped over the years. And you can't always trust the oil bottle measurement thing, so I got a clear plastic quart/liter measuring cup at Walmart for about $3.00 that takes all the guess work out of it.
Have fun (and wear a helmet)!🙂
Good job doing this yourself
I don't own one of these.. to be honest I don't own a bike at all. But I'm watching, waiting patiently for the drone shots. 😈🤺
This is definitely not your usual format. I like it. Do you boo. 💄🎯
9:50 is that a coyote mix?
We'd thought previously given his past and where he was rescued, but a dna test says Siberian Husky and Swiss Shepherd.
Swisky dowg :) @@lowidle
Mr Saustrich told me to say hello 👋
aw chitttt
How to remove condensation from the telemetry display?
Mine hasn't had that problem. I just cover the bike every night.
@@lowidle the XT250 isn't waterproof!! it's been raining heavily out here in Cali.
strange to me cause id think it was waterproof being that its an enduro sport style bike. mines fine and i live in canada. @@abolition-revolution-sabotage
@@lowidle took it to a mechanic when I first bought cause I dropped it turning a corner. He told me be careful the bike isn’t waterproof, especially the wiring. The wiring is exposed.
@abolition-liberation-sabotage my wiring is fully waterproofed i dont know who your mechanic is or if maybe your bike was pre fiddled with? or maybe its a california thing? lol😪
Use a deep socket and a extensions works a lot better easier
didnt ask
