YES! FOOD! I love this! I am trying to shift my eating. I was thinking I was fine because I work out a lot, but I was really cutting back my progress. Love to see healthy examples for the girls!
Yesss!!! I used to struggle with eating enough honestly. I used to want to lose weight when I used to be a cheerleader. So, incorporating good eating habits has helped with my gym goals. It’s not bad to eat.. you won’t “be big” if you eat.. I had to keep telling myself that. You’ll get to your goals faster if you feed your body with the right nutrients!! Took me a min to realize that🙂↕️❤️
