That was a great battle. There was a SC that came out, then on restart the yellow car had a problem, went on the grass came back on the track and was hit by another car, shame.
I noticed a question by md khafizan, about Abarths. I had the pleasure of driving both a Sprite and an Abarth at the Nurburgring. Suprsingly, the Abarth was a lot more work than the Sprite, but a 1000cc's was a bit faster.
Unfortunately there is not many Abarth’s being raced that hard certainly not in the Uk, much more fragile and more expensive to put right without anywhere near as much development as the A series engine.
That is a race safety guideline. If the vehicle gets in an accident there isn't a bunch of shattered glass all over the track. When taped the glass usually stays in place when broken during a collision.
I've never seen someone go round the outside into the chicane before!! Awesome.
Love it! Now that (for all the youngsters) is what motor racing SHOULD be like! That's what we want to see in Formula One!

Wow! It really oversteers. My early Sprite had Michlin tires and would spin while sitting stil if you looked at it wrong!
