Not a very convincing demo of a good seal. It would have been better to use very thin, plastic bags that are half-full of water. Thin bags to show that the seal is good even if the bag is not perfectly flat all along the seam. Thicker bags will automatically lie flat - while thinner bags are easily crumpled simply by handling them. Then after the seal has cooled, show how squeezing the bag really hard (somehow) will not break the seal. Then show a close-up of the entire seal for at least 5 seconds with no water leaking out. On a really thin bag with some kinds of plastic, the bag itself should burst before the seam itself breaks open.
