The torso for that security guard was used in the early Arkham asylum set on both guards and in a city set. In the Arkham set, he's pretty much an identical character except that his hat is black.
I have this set (I believe that) COMPLETE, I got it for my birthday (I think) in 2004 or 2005 and it's bizarre to imagine that it could be rare haha now I remember, I lost some of the money pieces PS: I am brazilian

this was the only early spider-man set i ever owned, and i lost doc Ock within 45 seconds of opening it. absolutely loved it.

I actually got my hands on that doc ock that should be arriving soon, it doesn't come with the arms but still excited to be getting this minifig.
