A commercial for the popular 1970s hair shampoo endorsed by Farrah Fawcett.
Farrah Fawcett Shampoo was produced by Faberge, Inc. of Hollywood, Calif., from the late 1970s through the mid-1980s. Under the leadership of George Barrie (1964-1984), the company launched many cosmetic products and deployed celebrities, including Joe Namath, Roger Moore, and Muhammad Ali, to endorse them.
Capitalizing on the enormous popularity of Farrah Fawcett and her famous blond tresses during the 1970s, this shampoo was part of an entire line of Farrah Fawcett hair care products. The efficacy of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and herbs on hair is still debated however many claim it is the best smelling shampoo they have used.
This commercial was converted from a VHS recording and upscaled to 4K using Video2x.
