“Uncontrollable Power”, “Resurrected Warriors” or “Giant Form” Catagory Ki +3 and HP, ATK & DEF +170%, plus an additional HP, ATK & DEF +30% for characters who also belong to the “Artificial Lifeforms” or “Movie Bosses” Catagory
Artificial Lifeforms and Movie Bosses actually cover a lot of Uncontrollable Power Units, and same for resurrected warriors, giant form is more niche but it would put a theoretical new transforming Great Ape Baby on 200%.
Call me crazy but DFE Bio Broly hype?
The character is not that hype but with a Good Banner, maybe ezas and a seza and good animations it could work
