You can damage demons with any sharp thing like humans but you can’t kill them except if you cut there head with a nichirin weapon but you can fight them with any like sword and survive till the sun comes out prevent the demon from escaping and he’ll die from the sun which a thing I’m pretty sure zozo can do
I mean let's be honest, putting Zoro in Demonslayer is a little overkill, no one would compare to his sheer power even if it was the entire demonslayer corps going after him (Hell he'd probably kill every uppermoon all in one go with no trouble)

Some things I wish happened is if Mitsuri reacted to the scar that goes across his entire chest, or for someone to just find zoro casually lifting giant dumbells as we see in the anime.
