Whether it's changing up the leadership core, acquiring Lidholm and Zadorov, or calling up Arty from the minors, this season will be one to remember and makes me proud to be a Canucks fan. talked to 2 guys at a bar who were headed to game 7. their message was “what’s gonna happen is gonna happen, if we win that’d be great, but if we don’t we’re just glad we get to see them off in the right way.” Couldn’t agree more.
I think the coaching staff did an amazing job elevating the players to another level. Do I think there’s room for improvement? Yes, I see lots. Hoping Alvin can surprise us this off-season and next year be just as magical as this one.
Also if you can interview Janek Hansen that’d be great. He’s so straight forward with his assessment of the teams play
What got me to keep watching your videos was your style of breaking down plays. I remember you pausing on a goal, asking if it was Demkos fault, saying no and then explaining the nuance of defense mistake and how offense took advantage of that. It was really a standout moment and I’ve been following your analysis since. And your humor and timing is just spot on. I’ve enjoyed your channel throughout the season and am excited for the future!

I don’t think he was terrible by any means but he’s being absurdly overhyped… AHL goalies looking like stars in the playoffs then fizzling out isn’t an unheard of thing. He did not “carry” us. Miller and Boeser were good too.

The fact we pushed them right to the brink and made each game so close is something big to be proud of for this team. Oilers have many years of playoff experience with their current core and 2 of the best players in the world, and if we can compete with that the future for Canucks is looking bright.

I just didn't really watch hockey at all. 2011 was just too heartbreaking. Been slowly getting back into it after the 2020 bubble year playoff run.

Oilers fan, just wanted to say good rivalry and I think the Canucks have a great future ahead of them. That team pulled the narrative about them real quick and really proved they are a deep and hardworking team with lots of talent. I love seeing Canadian teams succeed
One of the best playoff hockey series I’ve seen in years. The rivalry got a bit intense at times with my Dad being such a diehard Oilers fan (lol), but he saved me a seat on the bandwagon so I’m gonna root for Oilers to bring the cup back home to Canada now. Good luck!

Starting this season as a verified Canucks hater (because of all the nightmares of the sedin twins/luongo era nucks from years past) I found myself watching Canucks game religiously this season solely because of this channel. The loss definitely stung. But i was very proud of our boys. Our boy Silovs kicked some serious ass. I hope he plays more games next season and would love to have Zadorov stay as well. As a Canucker living in Oregon, i made it a point to go back home and support our team at the Rogers Arena next season. Nuckhead, You have been awesome and im glad you'll be back next season.

I am so freaking proud of this team. I watched all 82 games from the land of Nova Scotia and that meant some very late nights. Through the dominant and sometimes not so dominant wins and even the losses, this team displayed a never quit attitude. The playoffs were great and although they lost to the oilers, I believe they were the better team. That game 7 could have easily gone the other way. October can’t come soon enough to see what this team will look like and I can see them going all the way in 2025. Thank you boys for a great season. As an edmonton fan, i was terrified watching that last 5 minutes lol
Despite the loss, can we just appreciate how fucking good Artūrs Šilovs was? He had some ridiculous saves against Edmonton and Nashville, and was the only one who actually showed up to play in game 7. The only reason the Canucks season didn't end with a 6-2 loss is because of this man. They'd be incredibly stupid to not give him the backup role next season.
P.S. The Vancouver Canucks are STILL good.
i stopped watching religiously probably around 2015 right when the dark ages were starting to hit, didn’t really give a damn about a team that broke my heart and just started shitting the bed. this season tho has reignited that passion i once had for the team, hearing the streets have no names in R1 G1 instantly brought me back to being at GM Place with my dad watching my first Canucks game against the Mighty Ducks. i have so much hope in this team for the next few years, our window is there so let’s do what we can to keep that bitch open and bring a cup home.

Yes, the Nucks lost but we gained a lot from it. Can't wait for next season and to see what this experience will have on them. Anyone that has seen Shoresy can probably find some similarities in Canucks losing game 7 and the Bulldogs losing the last game of the season. With giving fans the show and those stick lifts at the end of the game while the fans are cheering. And they went on to have a perfect season.
On that note, Canucks 24/25 season. We go 82-0, with Demko and Arty each getting 41 shutouts. Every player gets a 100 points. We become the best team everand then we hoist Lord Stanley after winning 16 games straight, beating VGK, LAK, EDM and Boston in the finals
