i made one with an angle grinder. worked out great aside it needing a door

If you look carefully, you can see the spot welds that attach the handle to the tank. I just got a drill bit slightly larger than the spot welds and drilled through the handle, and not through the tank. The handle popped right off and your tank isn't cut up.
