I absolutely love this! I suspected from a video on Gaia I saw of Simon that there was something VERY special - his pronunciation and annunciation is stunningly perfect! I have a condition called synesthesia which changes the mappings my brain does of the words/sounds according to intonation. Any word or term I learn or hear in any language, know to me or new, "maps" in a particular architecture almost like an auditory finger print so when something in not pronounced correctly it feel and looks off. Like a super weird alert system. Same thing for spelling errors in hand writing - autocorrect makes typing easier. I cannot get enough of his speech - like beautiful structures to my very sensitive neuro-receptors! I was only mildly annoyed at how slow everyone was catching on... A small piece of advice to English speakers is to attempt to "embody" the sound: Each one of those sounds are quite different - one is deeply from the gut/ low belly, and the other sources from the solarplexus/ low thoracic area. Try it! You'll map the sound physically and you'll never miss it again! When is the next lesson! Do you mentor, Simon?
