ABSOLUTELY love him. I had a chance to see him a few years back at the local winery. I had to sadly pass on the invite, and then, the friend who invited me passed away. I saw Steve Miller Band last night with my niece to celebrates my late friend’s life. It was an EPIC celebration. 🤘🏻😎🎸
I lost my innocence to this man’s music ( Jungle love ) to be exact at the all night drive in and I’m almost 61 years old now and I’ll never forget it . I loved all of his music then and still listen to it to this day and always will . Thank you for the memories Sir you’re a legend !
@@bradboe1901 my boyfriend had a white roadrunner and he loved that car ! And you’re right the music was the best back then ! I love listening to that music because it brings back so many good memories and sometimes it makes me cry but in a good way because it takes me back in time to good old days .
Mr Miller, an honor to write to you here, I deeply, Deeply, DEEPLY admire your talent, and want to make a special call out to your synthesizer works which are among THE most beautiful sounds I have EVER heard. Bless you for adding so much audio color to our lives sir!! Lovya man
I really enjoyed this interview with Steve Miller as he has been one of my favorite musicians for a long time. It is always interesting to hear how musicians like Steve, create songs and the stories behind them!👍
Perhaps the musician that blew me away in concert! I what do I want to Tinley Park concert venue south of route 80 I believe and I'll never forget that traffic for the concert was like a lot of traffic
I AM an astronaut, but Steve IS The Space Cowboy! I love anything from him, but FLAE & BOD's are my favorite albums. Serenade, Mercury Blues, True Fine Love, Jungle Love, The Stake, Sacrifice- great stuff to listen to in zero gravity. Damn...I wish I'd had Les Paul as a guitar teacher! Love you Steve. On the back of the FLAE album, Steve's profile looks like a young Ed Van Halen, doesn't it?? Too funny.
@@ozarkelmo well, there you go, nice job learning from your Godfather I would say, back in those days, it meant something because mine was special and gifted me lots of his wisdom, one more reason for liking Steve, thanks for sharing that info I did not know friend!

I always thought the Space Cowboy thing was a reference to the song Space Cowboy, off their third album Brave New World.
Book of dreams man! Love you and love you for loving Les!
Les Paul was Mr. Miller’s Godfather. He spent a lot of time in his youth learning from the master!

"I always wanted to do the music for NASA."
Imagine hearing Abracadabra on Nylon strings and seeing Diana on ski's!
Legend!
Great artist and guitarist!
He has some of the 3:15 best long intros
Last of the Great American songwriters.
Steve is wearing his Ron DeSantis boots!
3 years and 15 minutes to write a song 😉
