I’m Asia Jackson and I’m an actress and content creator based in Los Angeles.
I went through most of my life with an undiagnosed anxiety disorder and clinical depression. It was difficult for me to participate in life, find joy, and be happy. I felt like I was just floating through life with no direction. I like the tidy up mentality. I always look at my diary and write down my to-dos for the next day then I meditate and go to bed.
I have dinner before that with my family. So I do a bit of kitchen cleaning.
I sometimes drink hot water before bed.
Note: actor's life, always changing. 😂
I keep my laptop away from the bed.

Do you take medication for your depression and anxiety? If not, what do you do when you get so depressed that you literally can't get out of bed to even use the bathroom? How do you take it from that to fully functioning, cooking and eating meals, sticking to face and skin care? How do you get out of a rut and get your shit together?
