St Pete’s Pier pyramid used to have lots of shops and cafes on it, along with an aquarium! Unfortunately it’s lost a lot of that but still a lovely place to go and great views.
👍 another day sorted for me when we go in sept . We on Winder of the seas beforehand. Out of port canaveral . Biggest cruise ship so far . icon next year .. yaaayy 🙂

St. Petersburg is a great city with amazing restaurants and world class museums. Also lots of breweries. You must come back and spend more time.
Oh leigh I laughed when I seen the face mask...yes I'm used to seeing u in face masks especially through lockdown but it was the fact it was marijuana one 😂😂😂😂

I knew the Purchasing Agent (Purchasing Manager) for the City of Saint Petersburg. Their offices are just a couple of blocks from the pier. While visiting, we walked down to the pier. On another occasion, I was sitting in the restaurant that faces the little airstrip and watched a little propeller plane crash. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. He came up short and landed on the rocks at the end of the runway when he was landing. I yelled to one of the staff to call 911. We watched as an emergency vehicle went down and picked him up. I read in the paper the next day that he was okay but just a little shaken up. I think he said the wind caught him or something.

Lol shamore...I laugh every time you say it. It's S'more because people want some more (the meaning). Me and my husband absolutely love Tampa! It's 90 min from where we live. We always rent an Airb&b and stay a week to go look at the sites.
