My name is Puru Arora and I have been working in #TCS for 1.5 years as a Systems Engineer. I started my job as a #Digital candidate in TCS. I got selected through #Codevita for this role, but I was selected for digital interview through NQT as well.

I have given interview for digital. I did not answer only one question correctly in technical round and MR round. I answered everything else correctly. I did very well in HR round. Can I get selected for digital?

Its all just practice, do questions on geeksforgeeks, leetcode.
Pratice on topics as much as you can.
Follow any data structure and algorithms book. I have my fav one linked in description

Which all tech stack you are working on and did you get development or support role?
Webmethods was the software i used and it was 💩 despite being digital i was initially being forced to take up support so I had to fight to get development. A reason why i dont recommend this company to anyone

for digital role , is depends on interview or rank ?
Depends upon your college, results are declared in batches, so it can wary
Most honest and helpful video, and reading comments were also very helpful
I want to ask something. I theoretically know dbms, ds, Ai, ML, and cloud for interview. And I can code for normal problem solving questions. But I don't know how to write programs on linked lists and trees etc, only normal competitive coding. I really want to crack digital offer, so I will try to push interview towards theoritical part. But can you tell me what else can I do to increase my chances of getting a digital offer.
And one small question, should I give the second round of codevita or not
Get some good projects on your resume. Geeksforgeeks could provide some good projects. Rest dont worry be confident, your profile looks good. All you need is just a bit of luck to get the right panel.
Giving round 2 is absolutely up to you, wont make a difference on your offer.

Hi ,I have cleared the first round of codevita and my rank was 2500.I have not received mail for interview since a month.Should I expect an interview mail?
I guess so, during my placement season, upto 6000 rank were given a interview chance

Python is easiest to learn but java has much more market share in india

You can give exam for switching. Tcs conducts internal exam for this.
Just wanted to know that I got an offer letter from tcs digital role. Now after accepting offer they said to fill some forms like start ILP Corner fill bgc form and launch campus commune also start learning from tcs xplore. Now agr maine yeh sab kiya to mere upr bond lag jayega kya?
Digital folks dont have a bond, no need to worry. And bond jb tk join ni krte joining letter wali date ke according tb tk ni start hota
@@thepuruarora but I had heard that there is a bond of 1year and if we break then we have to pay 50k +3 months salary if we don't serve the notice period.

Hi bro I am already Ninja offered candidate in Xplore. My codevita rank is 613 will I get interview? I was offered Ninja by inframind in my second year and since then I am not able to sit for off campus or on campus TCS placement for Digital. Please help
You can go for the interview but the interview will just be a formality. They will give you ninja again.
Similar thing happened with my batchmates, they were even not interviewed in first place. They had to make a fuss about the issue just to be interviewed in a shitty way and being offered ninja again. Even though their ranks were very good.
My advice for you is buddy try off campus for some good companies, try product based companies. My guess is you have decent dsa, product based companies target people who know dsa. Try asking for referals on linkedin.
Tcs is a shitty company, not worth the effort.
@@thepuruarora Yes bro, I already have an offer of 5.5 but I won’t mind joining TCS digital because it’s stable job with good salary and less workload so taking out another 2 hours for competitive coding won’t be depressing in TCS at all after-all most product based companies demand at least of 2 yrs of work experience.
I tried applying to product based companies in LinkedIn, but it’s in vain even after clearing 22000 oracle certification, internships and good grades my resume is not being shortlisted for entry level jobs. I took free LinkedIn premium and found that 20% of senior software engineers were also applying to entry level jobs of product based companies.
I too felt the same earlier. There are dozens of companies below linkedin level that you can apply to.
Product based doesnt mean going for top notch only. If you aim is to sit back relax then only tcs is good, otherwise the work here is extremely bad and i dont think having that kind of work exp will help you land linkedin

Yes, there's only one interview. Depending on your performance you get digital or ninja

yes you can, even after joining tcs you can give the exam and get digital profile
@@thepuruarora yes after joining tcs there is tslp exam but there is a news that dca exam which is taken by tcs before joining to convert ninja profile to digital is cancelled. And after accepting offer letter of ninja you can give tcs exam but they didn't upgrade your profile through nqt Or may be not call you for interview because when they match your data they will finde that you already accepted offer letter of ninja. So my question is this is true or not?

You dont need to be perfect in english, be good enough and be confident thats all you need

Hi sir, I got digital offer letter few days ago, I am 2023 batch. I still have 1 year to graduate , will my offer letter be terminated , do I have to again sit for codevita or am I kinda placed???
If you got the offer letter, I dont think there should be any issue, but not sure about it. TCS kinda does things in random manner sometimes

@@synic3874 simply put, they see you are a 3rd year student, they dont take your interview. They cant employ student who havent completed their degree and they dont give jobs 1 year advance.
Its nearly same for every company, some might give ppo but cant directly offer a job to a student
