NJ and Philly March 2023

March 3-5, 2023
First day: Drive down to Ocean Grove, NJ; stop in Southbury for pastries. Staying at Ocean View Inn. Walk on beach, and dinner at Moonstruck in Asbury Park.
Second day: Breakfast at the bnb. Drive to Philly on back roads; stops in Freehold at Wemrock Orchards and Tomasello Winery, Bristol PA for exploration and coffee at Calm Waters. Check in at Thomas Bond House, little walk around Independence Hall before dinner at Red Owl Tavern. Then UConn basketball game against Villanova at Wells Fargo Center (UConn victory 71-59), uber to and from. Cookies and tea in the room.
Third day: Breakfast at bnb, french toast bake and eggs. Walk around Philly, seeing Old City, Center City, Reading Terminal Market (coffee and cookies stop!), Chinatown, Betsy Ross House, etc. Picked up cheesesteaks to take home, then drive home.
