    To work as a London PHV driver, you will need to be licensed by TfL - only then can you carry out bookings for a London private hire operator that is also licensed by TfL.
    When you get your licence to work as a London PHV driver, there are a number of rules and policies that you need to know about. This section sets out some of these rules and policies, and explains what you need to do.

    at 3:30 the answers are completely wrong!! Could you please correct it asap!? please,, you are giving wrong answers ,,, Here is the Right answer:

    Why are you using capital letters where should be used a small letter ie Tfl / tfl is more appropriate

      Because in conjunction with "Officer" written with a capital O it becomes a name / noun !

      How fill in the blanks marks work if someone gets two rights answers and one wrong does he gets marks for the two rights answer
