I used to be a server myself for many years, nobody said anything rude to the waitress other than to ask to speak to someone who had more authority than her.

I feel your frustration and am sorry for this. He was clearly hot headed, and in any case did not handle that professionally. Hopefully he gets replaced or at least learns to speak to people even in an unsettling situation.

Javier's Cantina Newport Cove is easily one of the best restaurants on the planet and the staff and everyone who works there is absolutely and utterly top-notch and amazing every single time I've been in love with Javier's since I found it in the year 2000 and it's my favorite restaurant to this day. I don't have to see the face of whoever made this video I already know he's an a******
Maybe your very successful, but being so gives you no right to disrespect any employee at any restaurant. It’s because of hard working people that we are able to go eat out nowadays or have food at our homes from restaurants. This is NOT Javier Sosa. Javier has been my friend for 40+ years, and is an exemplary individual. Who has created fabulous restaurants. Knowing very well how his establishments are managed and operated, I am without doubt that the customer's actions were so reprehensible, this staff member simply 'lost it'. I have NEVER witnessed anything remotely close to this scenario at any of javiers restaurants.
Me neither, and trust me nobody's actions were "so reprehensible" - nobody disrespected the staff or anything, I believe he was having a very very bad day and just went off the rails.
