Advise from a 35yr professional shop mechanic... Important added steps to make the assembly much better so as not to give future problems as follows: 1: If you need to lower the seat even more, you can reverse the seat clamp and lower the saddle an additional 1" inch. 2: Grease the treads on the pedals before installing them, and get them on much tighter then in this video, I mean TIGHT! 3: I totally agree with reversing the stem to fit a smaller child. 4: To install the flag with out removing the screw just loosen the two screws slightly and the flag post will go in, then tighten. 5: Put a couple drops of oil on the quick release cam mechanisms at the base of the lever on the seat-post & hitch. 6: On the four bolts on the seat-post clamp add two drops of oil on the threads & bolt heads so they tighten correctly. 7: The chain tension from the factory is ridiculously tight making it hard to pedal and makes crunching noises. So loosen the hub axle bolts so the chain relaxes a little bit and re-tighten the axle bolts. 8: Make sure to use a Powerful "DAY TIME" Lighting system and set it on flashing mode. Riding with out a powerful day time light system dramatically increases your chances of getting hit by a car... Trust me, a safety vest is not enough as I get to see many bikes in my shop because of this very situation. 9: These trailers are always on high demand so when your child out grows it, you can easily sell it on Craigslist for a good price. WARNING!!! When going fast especially on a down hill, control your speed and do not go too fast, because the trailer will start to wobble uncontrollably and cause both of you to crash...
I’m getting my daughters wee ride tomorrow so I wanted to watch a video to see what was needed for assembly and what not. The video was excellent and I’m excited to put mine together. Thanks!!
Hello I see you have a trek hybrid. Is it stable considering the heft of the bike ? I have a trek 7.4 and considered getting a mountain bike for the thicker tires. thanks
This is-by far-the best video on how to do this-I wish OP would put weeride and wee ride and wee-ride in the title so people will find this video! The paper instructions for this are totally useless. This video is a public service!

Mine didn’t come with an Allen wrench. Glad you showed that part in the video to show me what I was missing
Thank you so much. I would not have been able to assemble this without your help! Great video.

Thank you. Very helpful!
Very helpful video!
Thank you. What is the name of the tool you use to fasten the screw? I don't have that tool in the package.
I noticed there are no nuts for the bolts on the seat clamp attachment. Is that correct? Wouldn't the bolts come loose over time?

Thank you for the nice comment and the suggestion about adding wee-ride and wee ride (which I have done).
I'm having a problem removing the hitch from the tandem attachment to put it own my own bike. It's like stuck on there
I used a chisel and a hammer to get them apart. Wish mine slid on as easily as the OP’s.
Very helpful! Thank you!
