First time I read Dune Messiah I was not very impressed (maybe because Dune was so good)...Then second time I liked it and the 3rd time was even better...I feel like this one gets better every time you go through it.

The people have to undergo selective bleeding, natural selection like poverty or war, and the feudal or authoritarian government. This setting & tragic development contributed to the fascinating, spectacular & speculative SF masterpiece. However, I hope there will be some hope in the movie adaptation, maintaining excitement & entertainment😅.
Yes ! I'm also curious how are they going to change the movies to make it an entertaining product. But in my opinion Denis Villeneuve is easily becoming on the the best movies directors out there and i really think he's going to do a great job.

The "free men of Dune" is the root of that phrase so I often accept it as okay. It's ebonical flow to "Fremen" is a natural slang to hide their origins. Chani's pronunciation is also one I like the other way. The true story of Dune is thousands of years of influence on religion and hierarchy on culture. Change is key. The later books focus on this of course more closely. Using golem to create martyrs in religion.
Herbert was never known to have etiology to the naming structure for his characters. He wasn’t Tolkien. Fuck up the names how you wish, sir. Most don’t make sense anyway.

The Bene Gesserit are the real villians of the story, they're directly to blame for what happened.
In children of dune, it was freaking satisfying when Leto II shows Jessica her and bene gesserit their place.
