Those huge sandworms will need to eat lots of things to survive. What are they eating? It is like having Megalodons in an ocean with very little fish. It doesnt make sense.

I think the importance of the older couple, likely very highly evolved facedancers, is easily missed. They are the ones truly shaping mankind & are the true masters of the events that miraculously occurred on Dune. Those that truly run things are difficult to see & so are rarely mentioned in the Dune series. The Bene Gesserit thought they were the manipulators of events when in reality, they too were a tool being used to shape events that are actually curated by that couple. Paul really didn’t have choices. He just thought he did. Unknowingly, he really was the chosen one. Therefore, Stilgar’s assessment was correct.

I think Stillgar could feel Paul's discomfort about staying on the golden path.

I guess, my biggest flex is...I wrote Dune 2, without ever reading the books. Can you not feel it? How I made Timothy Chalamet cool? I gave him a bit of my emperor drip, cool lines. My bish. Etc "Every one has my name on their tongue. There's a war in name! Lisan Al Gaib!" Will I write Dune Messiah? It depends. If I finally get paid and get around to reading the books. I think a better plan would have been to say that the Atreides had weapons of mass destruction. Then all of the other houses would invade Caladan. In Dune part II they did have weapons of mass destruction.

True, I always wondered that. The Harkonnen's had their home planet and Arrakis. Why couldn't they do the same?
