Can lively be imprisoned for making false allegations about sexual abuse, and blah that she is doing this for other women who want to come forward about abuse? Makes no sense. Sony gave her everything, Justin complied with everything, including not doing promo with her, not being on the red carpet with her at the premiere, being in basement, and she still went to the NY Times, after all of that.
I truly think she believed that he was behind a smear campaign, it makes sense that she'd project onto him what she had been doing herself. Is like she truly didn't believe the criticism was organic you know? It's literally the only plausible explanation I can come up with

It’s because Baldoni wouldn’t sell her and her husband the rights to the series. If there was a morality clause in his contract when he bought the rights, he would lose the rights if accused of sexual harassment.
I won't be surprised if Ryan Reynolds was the one who did not want to see them together on the red carpet because of his jealousy. It is alleged that Blake Lively and Baldoni went along until Ryan Reynolds came into the picture.
I’m sure it’s got to do with the morality clause in Justin’s contract. If they smear him enough he loses the rights to the franchise and they revert back to Colleen Hoover, who also stands to earn a lot more money either by selling to (I assume) the Reynolds or by making the next movie with her brand new production company. They were making it so there was no way (in their minds) that Justin could win.

Sloan is a terrible publicist with her BS information to the NYT and being a participant in the blackmailing of Justin. Look at where Blake and Ryan are now. Blake was disliked before because of her super rude behavior, not caring about DV, etc. Yet, now, with Sloan's advice, both Blake and Ryan are intensely hated, getting canceled and heading for court. Sloan should have been fired a long time ago. I assume an expensive PR team is supposed to improve one's image and popularity, not destroy it! Sloan can't even save her own reputation, let alone anyone else's.
At the end of the day Blake and Ryan are grown adults making their own decisions. They're bullies with or without their bully publicist Sloan.

You know, I have a lot of questions.
First, if Blake truly felt harassed why didn't she called her lawyers or her rep? Why did she use extortion with Sony? Why didn't she demand Justin to be fired?
And I don't think there's a morality clause because thats their smoking gun so I think is more likely that it doesn't exist and I also don't rhink they tried to buy out the movie rights because wouldn't both of these events be mencioned on his lawsuit? So my question is, is that why they accused every board member of Wayfarer of thia so that the whole company would be destroyed? Was their plan to get someone to offer to buy the movie from them after it collapsed? But did they honestly think Justin wouldn't fight back? Like, I need answers lmao. And also, I work in the corporate world, they made a huge mistake involving that billionaire on this mess because Hollywood can be cutthroat but someone that has this much money is bound to have more connections with more important people than they do.

I think the one thing that makes this worse, is that it’s woman or women being unethical. We expect more from women, when they fall short, we get doubly mad.
