IV, May Night, is likely the most famous of Palmgren’s pieces. And yet I had never heard of it before Leslie Howard told me about it. What a shame that this marvellous composer is verging on being forgotten. I am pleased score channels like us can stop this from happening and show more people the wonders of composers like Palmgren!
