I have never really got into FM, when you do all these rebuilds do you do any scout hiring and firing, and coach hiring and firing ? this is exactly what I want to do but get overwhelmed by all the other intangibles on the game

try starting out at a small club, something in the english non leagues or lower leagues of germany, france or italy. you have all the mechanics of the game but you start a lot smaller with staff members and can ease into all the confusing stuff without getting overwhelmed
