    Sometimes a little outside perspective is good too
    DISCLAIMER: All mental health "journeys are different and personal to the individual. This are mine and I'm for one second saying that anyone else's experiences with them are wrong.
    I'm not a professional I'm just trying to raise awareness. Any advice I give in my videos isn't coming from a professional mind set: what works for me might not work for you. That being said I will always be happy to offer support as some who might have similar experiences to you.
