1:55:20 Sir was correct when he said there are two restriction sites in tetracyclin.. There was a mistake in the diagram of this lecture.. According to the diagram in NCERT EcoR1 is not present in tetracyclin.. FELLOW STUDENTS DONT GET CONFUSED ANYMORE.. 😊👍

And yes wo koi colour produce nhi kregi issliye hi shyd sir ne white as a specific colour bola... If it comes in exam and we have "no colour" In option we have to tick that one... Or if not then tick on white😊✌

Sir tetracycline have only two restriction site not three. It has only two (tetr - bamh1 and sal 1) whereas Ecor1 is found out of the selectable marker..
