Totally agree. found that I was answering the same questions for clients so thats where i started with topics and the same with how I talk to the camera is how I talk to clients because they know what they are getting when they meet me in person!!

My team balances my post around all social platforms providing value and sharing things happening in my city, and on the market, I have seen people like tips about leadership, productivity, restaurants, activities to do in Miami, etc. I absolutely agree with you, posting only just sold, just listing becomes boring very soon and people want to connect with real people.
This info is very helpful but I work full time and making videos and social media is very overwhelming to me. I’m a new agent and don’t have money to invest in a social media manager. So I’m a little discouraged
