I love this little gun!!❤ I'm so glad you did this review, AND I'm so glad that JJ also shot it. I've been very curious about the recoil. Thanks so much for the shout-out, and thanks for sharing!
Thank you Robert! I’m glad you stopped by the channel and enjoyed the video. The more we shoot this little thing, the more we like it. Stay warm in the CHI this winter. We are enjoying a nice 83 degree Texas December day here.
New sub, just found your channel. Excellent review. Your laughing, upbeat delivery made it feel like you were talking to me one on one and telling about your new pistol instead of a stoic, point by point review like most reviewers do.
First, I'd like to thank you for watching and for subscribing to our channel. Second, Thank you for taking time comment. This is probably my favorite comment received. You may not be able to see it, but I am extremely uncomfortable in front of the camera and I feel very awkward filming myself. The way I have overcome it, is to talk directly to you. I pretend that the camera is a friend, one of my kids or family member and I begin. With so many different styles, video creators and being very new to this, It's hard to know if people enjoy what you are putting out there. I'm trying to be myself and bring people into my world. If we can have little fun and learn something along the way, it's a bonus. I can't express how fueled up your comment has me feeling. Thank you once again.
Enjoyed the video. This along with many other VIDEO look arounds has pretty much solidified my decision on this dude. Subbed once I saw the aTm flag👍 big love from Helotes, TX
Whoop! Thank you for the sub! You can’t go wrong with the BG2.0. The more we shoot it the more we enjoy it. I will say the magazine springs are very tight and will test your thumb strength to get those last few rounds in. If you get a IWB holster get one that covers the magazine release button. It’s very abrasive and will irritate your skin if not covered. Once you get yours, come back and let us know your thoughts. Helotes is a beautiful area and growing super fast. Stay safe and Gig’em
good deal, those are the distances i have been wanting to see! every time i comment on a video that id like to see how it does at 25 or 50 yards, every says its a point blank gun only! i knew it wasn't, but just wanted to see someone who is a decent shot do it. Thanks
You aren't joking about how expensive ammo is! Especially 380 ammo. We now have around 500 rounds in ours and it's breaking in nicely. Slide is still alittle stiff but still an awesome little gun with a big gun fill.
Born in 57...this pee shooter is one of a kind. My SW Compact 9mm is the Energizer Bunny but this Bodyguard 2.0 is the ultimate in concealment and accuracy
I got a P365 x macro, Remington RM380 (super small d/a trigger) and a Kimber micro .380. Just got this Bodyguard and its been my carry gun 100% of the time. Only issue i have is when IWB, it tends to flip over forward since its so short. I also got the safety version and have been practicing that as I also shoot a 2011 for competition. Great firearm!
Sounds like you've got a great set of firearms. I agree with you about it being a great firearm. We carry our BG 2.0 in a Phlster Enigma set up. I'll make a video and post really soon showing how versatile and concealable it is. Holds any of our firearms from BG 2.0 to Staccato XC in the perfect position and it's independent of your clothing. You can wearing anything and still conceal with confidence.
It does with different brands / model holsters. Their website has a ton of information and videos to help you decide if it’s for you. I”ve been wearing it daily for about 2 years and have had 0 issues. Highly recommend it. I do have a few different set ups for light bearing holsters and non. I’ll show everything I can think of in the video for you.
Thank you. My family and I have an unspoken competition with one another on who can shoot the farthest. lol. Thank you for watching our video and for taking time to comment, it means a lot to us. Do you have the BG 2.0? If so, what do you think about it? Hope you enjoyed the video and stick around we are going a lot farther soon.
If you are going to hold this gun with both hands when shooting, and are concerned about the digits of your offhand being too close to the muzzle, may I suggest using your offhand to hold your shooting wrist firm, instead of holding the gun?
Howdy Greg, Thank you for taking time to watch and comment. I think that’s a great suggestion and one I’ll try. Do you own one? If so how do you like it?
Yes you can. We ran it and the gun operated perfectly. The manual doesn’t recommend it but it doesn’t prohibit it. So use at your own risk. They do make some nice defense rounds that are not +p that may be a good alternative. Brother that’s a tiny gun. I own the original bodyguard and it was not my favorite. When the 2.0 came out I thought to myself “why”? You’ve got me curious 🧐 now.
You definitely should be able to swap it even the mag has the cutouts on both sides for it why would s&w do that if the mag release wasn't ambidextrous
Thank for the comment Ron. It may be a frogs hair bigger than the LCP but it sure does shoot well. Hope you come back and check out more video. Have a great day!
Looks like you better go back and see Hoover before your wife sees this video and counts how many rounds you used 😂
😂
I’m going to Hoovers this week and will grab you some more asap! Lol.

I really like it alot too. Swing by the range sometime and shoot with us. It shoots really well. Thank you for watching.
Looks like a fun little handgun! Love the information on the shirt and their mission! I may have to check them out❤
Read their mission statement and how they started. They truly have good hearts. Thank you for watching

@@yourmomma2995 25 yds not working for me..this gun is my backup to my SW Compact...a absolute beast at 25 yds.
SW compact! That's a nice shooter. Thank you for watching MarcWilson4003
Good review. I'm still breaking mine in by dry firing and working the slide, cause dang... ammo is expensive.

Good boot gun!
Or pocket. Can conceal just about anywhere. Works in the vest pocket too without weighing down a side
Great little firearm. Super comfortable for how little it is. The wide U-shape rear sight is a huge plus.
I think you need to go see Hoover and get one asap.
Looks like a nice gun!
You hit it at a hundred yards with a .380 caliber, impressive, wow

One of the best generational leaps ever accomplished with a pistol imo.

Thank you for watching G! It is an easy gun to conceal and shoot. I think you have another one in mind for yourself…. Maybe the EZ?
I'll bet you can swap mag release very easily.. most newer s&w can...less then 2 mins
I’m going to watch a RUclips video and figure out how to swap that little sucker out. Thank you for the advice and for watching!
