Nice video content! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about - Sanailey Inconceivable System (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a great one off guide for getting the success you deserve using this proven betting system without the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy after a lifetime of fighting got cool success with it.

Thanks for this video. Clearly set out and easy to follow.
Every time I've looked at GTD I've bailed because the reading material or video were too long.
Short is good. I now have five steps to set up my system.

Before I turn anything into a project I try to define what obligations I am creating for myself. So on the next action step I always as my self what obligations does this come with or conflict with?
Using an example such as going to friday night highschool football game on short notice ... this comes with a series of obligations and conflicts.
such as asking for a day off on my evening job, finishing homework early and ditching my parents on a long-standing Friday evening movie night.
Because of these obligations, this task would go to the trash since I do not have the resources to do all of these things on short notice.

Good tip. I don't recall if the idea of "obligations created by a project" is covered in GTD, but it should be. Thanks.

In the Brian Tracy book example, wouldn’t the reminder to read that book go in the someday/maybe list?

So, task that requires more than 2 steps are projects. And then further broken down in small daily task until the project is complete. Correct??
