Looks good! We had chicken tenders too. With fried okra, and choice of mashed potatoes, or potato salad. I had a mashed potato person, and a potato salad person in house tonight, so I served both. I would normally just pick one, but it's not too far out of the way, for me to set some potatoes aside for salad, if I'm boiling potatoes to mash anyway. Now I have two happy, well fed people on my hands.🤗
