Just take bad batch series as example where regular clones and clone commandos take the role of "antagonists" and basically turn into the same stormtroopers from movies and other media lol. Lorewise, even a regular stormtrooper literally had USA Rangers trainings and capacities which is already somewhat elite category lol.
