Is a inbound service. The 0 on 9 *0* 1 1 would mean a outbound train from the UK, while a 1 would be going into the UK. The 0 resembles an O for Outbound, and 1 resembles an I for Inbound.
Out and backs on ‘O’ or ‘0’ services (those to France only) are distinguished by odd and even numbers. ‘I’ or ‘1’ are services to Brussels or Amsterdam. 🙂

The 373 has a great traction motor sound, but the TGV traction motors are so legendary
Les tgv bleu une dingerie
TMST is a part of TGV as well
They sound very similar but TGV is better overall.
The 373 is still the legendary Eurostar
this is how I imagine the Spaceship from Star Wars sound like when they start up for the first time
I reckon the Eurostar was secretly built by the Martians.

Wow...love the noise...sounds like its very angry when it starts lol
Pushing and trying
And it's only the noise in the first power carriage (so only 1 motor bogie)!

The 373s are noisier than the TGVs as they have GTOs instead of IGBTs

For those who wish to know, the traction motors for the Class 373/Eurostar e300/TGV TMST were manufactured by Brush Traction.
Are they still in service
@@TorpedoStudios There are some that are still in service. But very few.
@@petercdowney pfff i hope i can hop on before they go out of service

Great video. ☺️
Is it a 05:40 from London to Paris?
The 373 is actually longer than the 374 by number of coaches (20 vs 16 coaches)
but 374 coaches are more long
Yeah the class 374 is unfortunately longer than the class 373. I’d say almost 400m long for the 374 while the 373’s 393m long if I’m not mistaking it
My kind of ASMR
Eurostar is my favourite train
