  • In this video I'm really getting into the weeds. Still tearing down the cobra while I prep & paint the coyote cam and timing covers to throw it back together. I transfer over the flywheel and clutch, transmission, and motor mounts. I also wrap and install the headers & starter, both required clearance grinding as well as the clutch fork. A few roadblocks came up along the way but after getting the tools and parts required things went rather smooth... until they didn't. While painting the parts there was a huge explosion!!!! check out the video for some good info on what you will run into, along with a chuckle at my misfortune,

Top bolt is very easy in the 4.6. The coyote has this ear off the block so I left it off. In the last coyote swap series I show just how easy it is to get that top bolt. All you need for the top starter bolt is a 1/4in drive ratchet and a 3in extension. Idk how everyone didn’t figure this out Sooner. It’s in part 2 of the new edge series at the 12 minute mark if you’d like to see how it’s done. It’s arguably easier than the middle bolt tbh
