Hi, Lizzie. For what it's worth from this 67 year old fan, your words and music, combined with your willingness to share your great talent, artistry, and true authenticity with the world will never be something taken for granted by me. When you’re feeling anxious, remember that you’re still you. You are not anxiety. Whenever you feel otherwise, remember that’s the anxiety talking. You are still you and hold the power in every moment.
One lesson learned late in my years, but one that I will heed in my remaining years is that the head worries and the heart feels. The two cannot function at the same time. When our feelings dominate, worry begins to dissolve. If we live our lives on the superficial level, life becomes depressing. But when we connect with each other from the heart, as you do each performance, then that makes life beautiful and authentic.
Thank you for you. Thank you for all your hard work and personal sacrifice touring to give us the joy of experiencing you and your heart-filled, personal stories in brilliant musical prose. We all come away a bit more healed and a bit more connected to the world because of it.
Keep smiling and know that you are very much needed in this world. With all its infinite possibilities, this life is a gift, for it can become a fountain of joy and happiness not just for oneself but for many others as well.

It's normal for you to feel that way, it's not something you have to deal with unaided, though. Shawn Mendes has postponed some shows to preserve his mental health, do the same if this continues. Thank you for sharing this with us, take care and don't cover yourself so much, you were great!!!!

Aww Lizzy - emotional burnout is so real. Take it day by day and understand that your fans will understand if you have to cancel a date for your mental health! Plus, you have some great musician friends to reach out to that I can only imagine would be so happy to talk through your feelings. The thought of only two people showing up for you is ridiculous. You’ll be sold out Lizzy. You are incredible and beautiful and amazing. Just be you. You are a star Lizzy. You can adsorb energy and love from your fans when you perform. It might help if you realize you’re not doing this by yourself, the people who love you are with you and behind you and want you to be happy in sharing yourself with the world. It’s going to be hard at times but that’s life. Get someone to rub or massage your lower back, it will help.

Ahhhhhhhhh i fucking love these vlooogssss, they are so inspiring to me as a singer-musician!!!! As you said Liz, just take it one day at a time. Don’t overthink the future, just focus on the present day and the things you got to do then, and ofc how you’re feeling in the moment. But don’t stress right now about how you’re gonna get through the whole tour. I know, and we all know you’ll do completely fine. Stay in the present and enjoy it because nothing we live happens the same way twice.
Lizzy just remember that your fans will support you no matter what ,this isn’t our story ,it’s yours ,it’s about you enjoying the journey ,always remember that, and if you need more days to rest take them, just take it easy ,and it’s okay to do stuff that’s gonna make you unconfy from time to time ,that’ll make you stronger ,you’ll get used to it, I hope it happens quickly tho. The realities of being a rock star are now what you're adjusting to. Let me tell you, film actor, stadium comedian, university lecturer, lead dancer, you leave every bit of yourself on that stage. All these arts are like this. You'll have great shows....You'll have low shows. You'll adapt. You'll have embarrassing moments of irritablity (Don't ask me how I know...) and you'll find out why celebs act a little nuts. As a rock star friend told us, the road is the part people tell you about. The downtime is the part NO ONE tells you how to deal with. You can do this.

Introversion and show is a pretty darn weird combo plus myself i happen to be perfectionist on top of that soooo easy to guess the rest of that thought !
But yeah shows are draining but equally fun. I remember often after show bands want to have a party or what not and im just like nah ill just go home ( what ever that might be for the day ) Also .. im a drummer so setting up and packing be an other fun part hehe !! Keep it up

LIZZY VLOG OMG SOME GOOD FOOD
Having a few artists in my family and as friends over the years, several of them told me about the up and down of holding concerts and touring, the one thing that several of them swore to was to not eat junk food, and keep a good diet while on tour. I know this might seem weird, but it certainly worked for more than a few of them. Regular good meal and lots of sleep and rest between each show.
I don't know it this will work for you, but I know works. It's all about the emotions you pour out during the show and the energy spent while running on a high that the show gives back. That makes people crash hard and it takes work to handle it. Then of course there are those artists that swear to weird things and has to have this or that to fully relax. One artist I knew about 20 years ago, had to have a few shots of a good whiskey, good food and according to him, left the fuck alone for 12 hours after each show.
Another used meditation and a third just slept, ate and rested. Point is they have to find what works for them, but all of them had also this thing about eating right to keep up their energy. So it might be worth looking into.
