CW Lemoine ("Mover") had an interesting path, he started as an Air Force pilot, F-16s, then after a few years wanted to get moved to home based nearer his aging parent and the USAF wouldn't slot him, so he transferred his commision to the Navy and flew F-18s for a while, had a medical issue that was ultimately cleared, but the higher medical branch wouldn't let him fly again "What if we deploy you and you get really sick?" LOL, so then he transferred to the Air Reserve and flew T38s...His catch phrase is "Make them tell you 'No!'" and he means the highest up the ladder you can get...
Fire brother, and honesty as always! He isn't that far from being squared away. Smart young man, he will do well with some regimen in studying and keep logging flight hours and still do well in school. Navy Wings are made of gold. I think he has the skills to do that...test his skills to the max in the NAVY.
I heard the Air National Guard is the best option for pilots, It is first come, first serve as long as your resume, test scores, and GPA are competitive
Hey Jake, I’ve been commenting on your channel for awhile. I’m prior Navy working towards a pilot slot in Air Force ROTC. Could give plenty advice to this guy about what the best options are at moment, especially when it comes getting in contact with people. With help I was awarded a scholarship to get my PPL paid for my freshman year… which never happens for people with zero hours.
After enlisting in the US army when I was 18 in the 1990's I'd never join the military again unless it was some type of job I could enlist as major such as being a dentist. Being under rank E-4 in the US army is a bad place to be in since you'll be getting disrespected by your 10 bosses on a daily basis.
Jake have any of your guys had success with getting a pilot slot after getting eye surgery to correct their vision? Do you know which surgery they got? Thank you sir.
I recently spoke with an 11A and asked about advice for a HS senior wanting to go 11A (then SF, but I didn’t mention that for lack of time), and he recommended going Natl. Guard while in ROTC. What do y’all think the best way to go about that is?

I'd think going the AFROTC route would be a more organized way for this student to get an AF pilot's slot. I think ROTC has an accelerated program.
With 2 years left that's a hard route with no guarantee
Maverick from topgun will tell you the fastest way down the pipeline 😂😂❤❤
They just had Clint Bruce on Luttrells podcast. Would you sit down with Marcus and his wife for an interview?
Absolutely
