hell it would make for an interesting global spectacle. just turn the Sahara desert into the world's largest combat arena and fill it up with remote controlled biomechanical androids controlled by video gamers.
uhh reviews with more swearing than this were not censored it's the ww3 thing you know how some people are anything edgier than a football causes them to cack their pants
@@lrmclinn On the one hand, this review came out on the Escapist site several months _before_ 50 Shades spooged out. On the other hand, if you slow down the video and pay attention, Lewis, Yahtzee didn't say anything about Twilight fanfiction.
I remember playing this when my brother got a fresh copy due to his then-undying love for the series. I dropped it after about 45 minutes through the campaign because it really was just a stream of white noise with no quiet time, absolutely no sense of pacing whatsoever. It ended up being more grueling than engaging by a wide margin.
+Baz 1920x1080 "ungrateful" they have a right to be considering that Western powers have had a history of taking over their lands and imposing their rules and ways among them in usually less than peaceful ways. Just look at Iran. America and Britain deposed a democratically elected leader to install a monarch that was more sympathetic to the British so that the British didn't lose control of the oil fields in Iran that were rightly Iranian. You could also point to the British promise of an Arabian state in the Middle East, but instead, divided the land between themselves and the French. There are many more stories like that.
TheKeyser94 You must hang out in the deep South a lot, because that is the only area that I can think of that would harbor such ignorance. The Midwest maybe.
I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!! I really like Yahtzee, and I find his sense of humor to be spectacular even when I don't necessarily agree with some of his opinions, but his incredibly rapid-fire delivery of speaking faster than a minigun on steroids, made it really hard for me to watch his videos, since english is a second language to me, and mentally trying to keep up was exhausting. I didn't even know you could slow down vids in youtube, but now that I know its possible, I'm wathching all of his future vids slowed down.
The problem with america is... we DESPERATELY want to be the hero again. The hero addiction kinda started back in WW1 when we came in and saved the allies though truth be told we barely did anything. Even though we needed a little nudge we were ready to save Europe again(?) when WW2 came around and after the war we saw an enemy in those "evil" communists. Now with the USSR gone we don't have any enemy to fight so we've a little stir crazy... we need a hobby...
I could be your new enemy. Granted, I`m not very intimidating and most of my malice would come in the form of giving the border guards the finger from inside my coat pocket and a passive aggressive comment on an American political blog but what do you want, I`m Canadian.
+Boyd Jefferson Thanks but no thanks. We here in america find canadians non-threatening for some reason. Mainly due to there never really being any issues between our nations. The border between the US and Canada is one of the most unguarded in the world. They may have up security in recent years but not by much...
I actually enjoyed the single player story and was happy it was somewhat creative, though I'm not saying this is phenomenal I will say I do not regret the purchase.
"there are many moments where I just want to yell 'Time out' and demand someone explain what the fuck's going on before another thing explodes". A little harsh for COD: BO, but perfectly describes my view of the Dunkirk movie.
The only part of this game that even makes me recommend it is the ending twist. Simply that moment made me replay the game just to see it in a whole new perspective.
You know what an interesting game would be? A game where you play as a Nazi soldier fighting Americans, and the general idea of the story is that the soldiers themselves aren't the bad guys, the people in charge are. We always hold the Nazis as a whole as evil, but very few people had any choice.
Raysiclove You should play Spec Ops: The Line. It may seem like an ordinary gung-ho military shooter at first, but trust me, you won't feel like a hero.
Are you nuts? Do you think that the gaming industry has imaginative people, or that america would like to work as a Nazi No. America just wants to rape people without being charged for it
Dionisie Tarlev First off, Hideo Kojima is one of the most imaginative people who ever lived, second, I'm an American who thinks it's a great idea, and three, you're wrong.

What I love most about this review is that of all Yahtz's vulgar ramblings this is the one that made some pillar of the community clutch their pearls and nag RUclips into slapping a content warning on it, presumably before ejaculating into an American flag while howling that godawful Lee Greenwood song.

@CrowbarOwner Theres also the thing of having mountains that are near impassable surrounding it with pathways so thin it would take only a couple of well placed shooters to pin an entire army.
"So come on Russia, take the hint. World War III lets do it." damn it.
And yet again Yahtzee has proven his clairvoyance. First it was Nintendo and hole punch, now it's international foreign policy. Gahwd Bless.
Wrong country
Wtf am I trying to say here?
That scenario he suggested at the end would, itself, make a very interesting setting for a video game.
Rabbit Cube if you make it, don't let Yahtzee see it, he'll probably kill it
Rabbit Cube maybe it's already been made with spli/second. (look up his review)

This is the only Yahtzee video that's age restricted and it's the best one.
John Miller Anyone know why? He's always talking about sex stuff
not anyone
Proof?
Sonya Blade's Booty of what?
boik That this is the only age-restricted Yahtzee video.

ah hell yeah dude
A massive LAN party

And then blare Spiderbait's Black Betty like its that episode of Malcolm in the Middle
At least some robot MMA like in G Gundam.
A weird girl making creepy fanfiction about Twilight. Holy shit Yahtzee predicted 50 shades of grey
+Lewis Weir And the Zombie Game Invasion
Madalin Grama But she didn't. So that horny woman wrote Twilight fan fiction.
Lewis Weir I mean tons of it already existed at the time, Shades of Grey was just the one that went mainstream later.
