Hello Bob great info ! Quick question do you have the wiring diagram for the D4120 and how it should be connected? I can’t see it to good at the top of the page trying to install one maybe you could lend a hand I’d appreciate it.
Believe it or not, a maglock key fits it or you can by a cheap switch from amazon and it will come with they key. Shorting out the wires is what it does but you will have to short out the correct pair and right off I don't remember.
The manual says green power led goes to #3 - #14 sup contacts which is #19 aux out +?

if you lost the key to the rts451 would i be able to reset by touching the wires?

Why could I not use Aux + - or Acc + -? Why 1 of each? And 18/6 fire alarm cable is a thing.
Some built in duct detectors your Alarm/Test/Reset terminals are powered looking for ground. Always best to look at the data sheet and go from there.
