Question: Traveling to the Netherlands, IND in the Netherlands states that if you are traveling from EU/SCHENGEN region or a safe country then you are exempt from any of the travel requirements. Does this mean I could just first travel to one of these EU countries that have no restrictions and then travel to the Netherlands and work around there vaccine requirement for travelers coming from outside the EU?
