This particular unit is not as it sold a long while ago, BUT we are going to be getting a one listed very soon that is just like it from the same fleet. The conversion on it is in progress already, but sellers family changed plans on wanting to live full time in it so selling it. We actually sold the "sister" coach to this one this past week that was still seated for right at full ask (same ask as this current one). This particular one in the video to somebody who plans to convert it should have added value that isn't being charged for as ripping the seats, overheads, and bathroom out is A LOT of time/labor, but also disposal efforts. As well the subfloor being swapped out is a huge bonus as well.
