Sous chef Scott reacted relatively mildly when he saw Clemenza's chicken.
He was holding back from ripping Clemenza a new one!
In Clemenza defense, I don't think anyone would be mad at the size of the chicken considering the price they pay for Hells kitchen food, expect for the bougie customers that don't eat food anyway.
@@Daffy_Cfair, but i think pounding it that much makes it less able to hold it's juices while its cooking.
Clemenza's prepping for a very classic chicken parm, simply not the correct way for that evening.

Couple of ironic eliminations this season:
• Family man Patrick eliminated on family night/steak night
• Steakhouse chef Royce eliminated when he worked on the meat station
• Tiffany said she cares 9/10, and was the 9th place chef on the 10th season.
• Southern chef Kimmie eliminated on southern night.
So will Italian chef Clemenza be eliminated on Italian night?

One thing I’ve learned from this show, never go into dinner service at any point saying you’re going to crush it. It’ll crush you I garauntee it.
I’m pretty sure they have a clip of every chef saying that and just edit it in whenever they’re about to get crushed.

Like how Dana remains completely silent during service but is screaming out her emotions when not in the service
Thankfully she doesn’t yell out during service and slows everyone down.

Over the season I've learned that Dana is the type of person to not say anything to anyone's face, but will happily rant about people behind closed doors. She's just as catty as the other girls from the season, she just doesn't directly show it to them
@@NushiDA Her other saving grace is being mostly consistent with her cooking, and not spreading toxicity to the others like Tiffany, Robyn, Kimmie, Royce, etc.

When Ramsay yells, you know you made a mistake. When Chef Scott yells at you, you royally f**ked up.
Clemenza’s lucky he caught Chef Scott on a good day 😅
Otherwise, he might’ve ended up like Benjamin in Season 7.

It’s one thing to get on Ramsay’s bad side, but when you get on Scott’s bad side, GAME OVER!
Honestly, it was the most mild-mannered side of Scott we've seen against another chef compared to previous moments.

You either pound it to be that thin or you slice it to be that thin. It makes it fry very crispy without burning the breading.
Barbie was pestering Clemenza to send up the risotto when he knew it wasn't right, he should have just stuck to his guns and not done it, and waited until it was actually finished and right, because look what happened.

I hate risotto.
I had a shrimp risotto recently.
The sauce and shrimp were fantastic but the rice texture was terrible.
I prefer Basmati, Jasmine, white or yellow rice.
